At Dena Beauty Salon, we want every customer to feel confident with their purchase. Please review our return policy below to understand how returns and exchanges are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A return is eligible only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The customer contacts us within 24 hours of receiving or purchasing the item.
  • The product is in sellable condition with all tags, seals, and accessories fully intact.

Items that are opened, tested, used, damaged, or not in their original condition cannot be returned under any circumstances.


2. Payment Method Conditions

  • Credit/Debit Card Purchases:
    Eligible for return within 24 hours, as long as the product is unopened and unused.
  • Cash Purchases:
    No return or refund is available for cash payments.
    All cash sales are final.

3. Return Process

To begin a return request, the customer must call us within 24 hours of the purchase:

  1. Provide your receipt/order number.
  2. Provide clear details about the item and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the next steps.

Returns brought in without prior phone confirmation will not be accepted.


4. Refund Method

  • Refunds for eligible items will be processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit only).
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
  • Taxes and payment processing fees apply. Refund amounts will reflect these deductions where applicable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Personal care items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Discounted, final-sale, or promotional items

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are treated the same as returns and are only available if:

  • The item is unopened and unused
  • The request is made within 24 hours
  • The purchase was made using credit/debit

Cash purchases are not eligible for exchanges.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received an item that is incorrect or damaged from our side:

  • Contact us within 24 hours
  • Provide photos or videos of the issue
  • We will arrange an exchange or replacement after verification
